Her deep connection to her hometown of Aledo inspired her to remain close to home for her undergraduate and law studies. While attending Augustana College, Ms. Tucker gained valuable experience working as a volunteer clerk for the United States Senate. She also worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa, observing federal trials and collaborating closely with attorneys, solidifying her passion for the legal field. She then pursued her Juris Doctor at Drake University in Des Moines.

During law school, Ms. Tucker served at the Title Guaranty Division of the Iowa Finance Authority as a law clerk. In 2012, after finishing her degree in the top third of her class, she relocated to Colorado to join The Babcock Law Firm as a member attorney. Drawing on her Midwestern roots, she defends the rights of Colorado workers and individuals impacted by personal injury and negligence.

Ms. Tucker is actively involved in professional associations. She has been a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association since 2013, where she serves on the board of directors and co-chairs the Workers’ Compensation Committee. Additionally, she is involved with the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, the Workers’ Compensation Education Association, and the Colorado Bar Association and contributes significantly to these organizations.
