Timothy G. Tarr

Serving as part of the pre-litigation team at CGH Injury Lawyers in Denver, Colorado, Timothy G. Tarr represents clients in matters of personal injury. He handles all types of personal injury, including medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Primarily serving the Denver metropolitan area, he has nearly a decade of experience in the legal profession.

Graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Mr. Tarr went on to pursue a career in law. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served on the national trial team and contributed to the Criminal Law Review. He was also a finalist at the National Ethics Competition and won Best 1L Advocate at the 2015 Advocate’s Cup. He was admitted to practice in Colorado in 2017 and is further admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Mr. Tarr has acquired invaluable experience defending clients in both civil and criminal courts since graduating from law school. He tirelessly advocates for his clients and he has assisted numerous clients in achieving fair and suitable outcomes. Guiding his clients through the complex legal system, he supports them during what is frequently the most difficult period of their lives.

As an active contributor to the community, Mr. Tarr serves as a board member and volunteer at Learn Your Rights in the Community. He is a member of the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He was also named on the Best Lawyers list for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs for three consecutive years, from 2023 to 2025.
