Holly Bartuska

Holly Bartuska is a civil litigation attorney with Proctor Brant, PC, located in the south Denver metropolitan area. Holly serves clients across Colorado with legal needs pertaining to commercial business litigation, real estate, intellectual property, product liability, personal injury, construction matters and fiduciary obligations.

Holly graduated Cum Laude from Pepperdine School of Law in 2011 and has since worked alongside some of the top attorneys in California and Colorado. While working with these industry-leaders, she has participated in multi-million-dollar mediations, provided oral arguments before the California Court of Appeals, written extensive written briefings in all levels of state and federal courts, had multiple successful jury trial outcomes and gave informational training to real estate professionals in legal developments within their fields.

Holly’s experience has provided her with exceptional legal expertise allowing her to be both counselor and trusted advisor for each of her clients including, professionals, small business owners, real estate brokers, homeowners, contractors and fraud victims. Holly helps her clients navigate the legal process with a thoughtful and organized approach by presenting options, expectations and working toward best possible outcomes all while helping to keep anxiety and attorney fees to a minimum. 

Holly is admitted to practice in both Colorado and California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Colorado, and the Central and Northern Districts of California. She was selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2019.
