James H. Guest

James H. Guest is an attorney based in Englewood, Colorado. The founder of the Law Office of James H. Guest, L.L.C., he serves clients in Englewood and throughout the Denver metropolitan area.

A personal injury attorney with three decades of legal experience, Mr. Guest represents the injured and their family members in a wide range of cases. He has worked with cases involving issues such as car crashes, fatal automobile accidents, bicycle accidents, bus accidents, head-on collisions, hit-and-run accidents, motorcycle collisions, pedestrian accidents, rear-end collisions, rollover crashes, trucking accidents, and underinsured and uninsured motorist accidents.

Prior to founding his own law office, Mr. Guest spent 10 years practicing at a private firm, working his way up from associate to partner. He founded the Law Office of James H. Guest, L.L.C., in 2000. Over the course of his career as a personal injury attorney, he has successfully recovered major amounts on behalf of injury victims through negotiation and litigation.

Outside of the office, Mr. Guest is an active member of the Colorado legal community. He serves on the Auto Litigation Committee of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and is an active member of the association. He also belongs to the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Guest received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He holds licenses to practice law before all Colorado state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
