While a federal prosecutor, Mr. Martin was twice awarded the prestigious Department of Justice Special Achievement Award.
Mr. Martin moved to the private sector in 1985 and founded several law firms where he primarily defended physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers against claims of medical malpractice.
