Additionally, Ms. Ursery has extensive experience in the preparation of marital agreements. In terms of administration and litigation, Ms. Ursery is available to help navigate the process and procedure required when loved ones have passed or are incapacitated or disabled. Ms. Ursery has a strong background in probate litigation, including will contests, breaching of fiduciary and removal actions, fiduciary surcharge actions, and asset recovery actions.
