Leia G. Ursery

From a planning perspective, Ms. Ursery collaborates with a diverse array of families to assist them in achieving their goals. Her clients include those with simplified estate planning needs and those with more complex planning objectives such as wealth, tax, charitable and business succession planning. Additionally, Ms. Ursery has extensive experience in the preparation of marital agreements.  In terms of administration and litigation, Ms. Ursery is available to help navigate the process and procedure required when loved ones have passed or are incapacitated or disabled. Ms. Ursery has a strong background in probate litigation, including will contests, breaching of fiduciary and removal actions, fiduciary surcharge actions, and asset recovery actions.  Outside of the office, Ms. Ursery enjoys teaching and is a frequent volunteer at the Denver Probate Court Pro Se Clinic and with the Wills Lab Clinic and Tribal Wills Project at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
