Before joining Hamre, Rodriguez, Ostrander & Dingess, PC, Mr. Rodriguez partnered with a nationally recognized Denver, Colorado, law firm. Over the years, he has worked to protect the rights of property owners facing eminent domain issues during the construction of Denver International Airport and the expansion of the CDOT highway. He has successfully represented the government and individual clients alike in several projects.

For Mr. Rodriguez’s professionalism and achievements, he was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America. Furthermore, he was rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell and “Superb” through Avvo.

An eloquent speaker and writer, Mr. Rodriguez has authored several articles and presented at many continuing legal education seminars and conferences across Colorado on eminent domain and real estate topics.
