Sydney Galligan

As an associate attorney, Ms. Galligan advises businesses and individuals in a wide variety of areas including, business formation and maintenance, day-to-day general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiation and drafting.

Prior to joining Goodspeed Merrill, Ms. Galligan worked as in-house counsel for small to medium businesses and counseled clients through employment and other civil litigation matters. Before law school, Ms. Galligan worked in Business Planning and Operations at Hewlett Packard and in Regulatory and Compliance at TW Telecom. Ms. Galligan appreciates the challenges facing businesses and approaches legal issues with a business mindset to understand how she can best support and create value for her clients.
