William S. Wenzel

Mr. Wenzel is a blockchain attorney aiding clients at the forefront of engaging distributed ledger technology. As founder of The Law Offices of William S. Wenzel, APC, Mr. Wenzel is dedicated to serving clients in California, Texas, and Colorado. The office serves as outside general counsel to numerous companies; it handles cases involving mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, negotiations, contract formation, shareholder and officer agreements, and many other business needs. 

Mr. Wenzel commits himself to aiding entrepreneurs and their businesses. His goal is to provide compassionate guidance and advice to achieve efficient operations and ongoing profitability. Mr. Wenzel graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago and magna cum laude from California Western School of Law. He served as associate editor of the law review and international law journal. 

Active at the forefront of the legal community, Mr. Wenzel runs a monthly legal aid clinic and volunteers pro bono at Teen Court through the LA Superior Court. He is Past-President of the Barristers Division of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
