I am a a trial lawyer who represents people who’ve been injured by someone else’s wrongdoing. Typically, this means people physically injured by other people’s carelessness. But I also represent people who have been treated badly by insurance companies or their employers.

I only take cases I believe in. And I refuse to take cases unless I feel I can make my client better off than they would be without me. Because of this, I turn down most of the clients that approach my firm for assistance. That allows me to focus all of my energy on those cases where I can be of the most help. I can promise you that if I choose to represent you, you will get a lawyer who will put in the time, attention, and expertise necessary to get you the best possible outcome.   

I live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my wife and our three brittanys Lilly, Annie, and Thunder. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually in the mountains kayaking, skiing, or fly fishing.
