Attorney Matthew Haltzman is the founder and owner of Haltzman Law in Fort Collins, Colorado. Early in his legal career, Mr. Haltzman worked for both the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted numerous serious federal offenses and violent crimes. He also served as a SLIP prosecuting attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Wyoming, and he uses his past prosecutorial experience to devise the most effective defense strategies for the accused.

Hebert Law Center and a Graduate Degree in Comparative Legal studies from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert School of Law in 2014. He holds his license to practice in Colorado, Wyoming and Alaska, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Colorado, Wyoming and Alaska as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
