Attorney Alex Nelson is a partner at Benson, Kerrane, Storz & Nelson, P.C., a Golden, Colorado, law firm. Prior to joining BKSN he practiced at a Denver law firm that served the construction industry. He is also the BKSN partner heading the firm's new Minneapolis, Minnesota office. 

Since joining BKSN, Alex has recovered in excess of $50 million for his clients in construction defect and insurance bad faith claims.  

A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law, Mr. Nelson is also the founder and benefactor of the annual Stigler/Nelson Alpine Endeavors Scholarship at the university.
