Attorney Sean T. Olson founded his Denver law office, Olson Personal Injury Lawyers, in 2012. At the firm, Mr. Olson focuses his efforts on providing unwavering client experience and outstanding results for clients throughout Colorado and Wyoming who have suffered serious injury and death as a result of truck crashes, car crashes, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse.
Mr. Olson earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Later that same year, Colorado approved him to practice in its state courts and the Wyoming State Bar granted him admission as well. New Mexico has also recently granted Mr. Olson the right to practice in New Mexico state court. In addition to his ability to practice before Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit have also approved him to practice in their courtrooms.
Over the course of Mr. Olson's legal career, his success as a trial attorney has earned him the respect of the legal community. He has a "Superb" rating from Avvo, and he serves as an adjunct professor of law at his alma mater, where he teaches trial advocacy. In addition, he is a regular guest speaker at legal events, and he has written a number of articles for newspapers and law enforcement publications.
Attorney Olson is not only active in the courtroom but also in the legal community. He is a member of a number of organizations, including the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice.
