Attorney Sean T. Olson founded Olson Personal Injury Lawyers in 2012. Sean focuses his efforts on providing unwavering client experience and outstanding results for clients throughout Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming who have suffered serious injury and death as a result of personal injury accidents, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse. Sean is more than just a personal injury lawyer; he is an advocate who helps injured people navigate the complex legal system and is a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Sean Olson earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Later that same year, Colorado approved him to practice in its state courts, and the Wyoming State Bar granted him admission as well. New Mexico has also recently granted him the right to practice in New Mexico state court. In addition to his ability to practice before Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit have also approved him to practice in their courtrooms.
Sean Olson's success as a trial attorney has earned him the respect of the legal community over the course of his legal career. He has a "Superb" rating from Avvo and serves as an adjunct professor of law at his alma mater, where he teaches trial advocacy. In addition, he is a regular guest speaker at legal events and has written a number of articles for newspapers and law enforcement publications.
Attorney Sean Olson is not only active in the courtroom but also in the legal community. He is a member of a number of organizations, including the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice. Sean has secured millions of dollars for his clients, and has a track record of instilling trust in the clients they’ve helped in the past.
