Danielle Davis is the Assistant Managing Partner of Domestic Relations at Burnham Law, an Experienced Litigator, and an Influential Family Law Advocate with an unwavering commitment to helping clients win favorable outcomes in complex family law matters.
A nationally recognized family law strategist, Danielle’s unique talent and insight have generated considerable success both in and out of the courtroom in cases of high-conflict divorce, relocation, child support, complex property division, maintenance, and allocation of parental responsibilities.
Danielle is admitted to practice law in all Colorado state courts, and has been certified in Family Law Advocacy Skills by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and is an active member of the El Paso County Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Bar Association.
Graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee, Danielle obtained her Juris Doctorate with Highest Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law with a certificate in Comparative and International Law. She has served as Executive Editor for the Energy Law Journal and the ABA Year in Review: Environment, Energy & Resources Law and held an executive position with the University of Tulsa’s Women’s Law Caucus. Prior to specializing in family law advocacy, Danielle acquired extensive experience in high-level, complex litigation in employment law, personal injury law, and general civil litigation.
