Dorothy H. Dean

Dorothy Dean is a senior attorney with the Gold Law Firm where her practice involves a wide variety of plaintiff’s personal injury matters including motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, slip and fall accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents and dog bite cases. Ms. Dean also handles insurance bad faith claims and insurance disputes. Ms. Dean handles cases involving serious injuries across the state of Colorado. She is available to co-counsel cases with other attorneys who need pre-litigation and litigation assistance.

Ms. Dean is committed to zealously representing the rights of injured clients and helping them through the insurance claims process. Insurance companies make claimants jump through hoops, which may seem unnecessary, burdensome and confusing. Ms. Dean received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut, her M.S.W. degree from Michigan State University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado.  She was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1983 and the California Bar in 1988. Ms. Dean is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Colorado and California. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado, California and Boulder Bar Associations and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
