  • Jim Benjamin is a past President of the Denver Bar Association. He presently serves as member of the Board of Directors of the Arapahoe County Bar Association and Chairs its Membership Committee. Jim was on the Executive Council of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association from 1995 to 2012, during which time he has served as the Ethics Committee Liaison, an elected Council member, the Secretary, the Vice Chair and the Chairperson.   He serves on the Professionalism Coordinating Council of the CBA/DBA and has served on the Legislative Policy Committee and chairs the task force entrusted to locate the long term home of the CBA, DBA and CLE of Colorado, Inc.
