The founder and managing member of Baker Law Group, Jereme L. Baker, brings forth a wealth of knowledge across diverse legal areas. Mr. Baker, with experience as both in-house legal counsel and outside general counsel, provides invaluable guidance across various legal domains to small to medium-sized enterprises. Notable achievements include negotiating a multimillion-dollar joint venture investment fund and facilitating over $30 million in real estate acquisitions for a prominent private equity client. Beyond transactions, he excels in advising on governance framework and regulatory compliance, drafting intricate legal documentation and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. He is well-known for adeptly handling contentious wills/trusts and probate disputes, offering steadfast support throughout the administration process.

A 2004 history graduate of Rutgers University, Mr. Baker obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado in 2009. While a judicial intern at the Denver District Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, he gained valuable experience in the legal system. He also spent a year as a deputy district attorney at the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office. His entrepreneurial zeal and genuine drive to meet each client’s requirements inspired him to establish Baker Law Group in 2011.

Acknowledged for his outstanding contributions to the legal profession, Mr. Baker was honored with the renowned Billy Lewis Young Lawyer Award – Courage Under Fire Award in 2014. Qualified to appear before all Colorado state courts, he maintains memberships in professional organizations such as the Colorado Bar Association.
