Mr. Bornstein has tried over a hundred cases to conclusion the vast majority of which were successful.  He has tried cases in the areas of contract, real estate, probate, copyright, personal injury, and more.

He brings to his client's legal problems a deep breadth of experience based on having tried a wide variety of cases in both federal and state courts.
