In matters of family law, probate, and trusts and estates, Rachel Kranz Caldwell represents clients in Colorado as a founding partner of Cline Caldwell, LLP. Her family law focus includes adoption, paternity actions, custody, appeals, dissolution of marriage actions, domestic relations matters and post-decree proceedings. In cases of trusts and estates, she helps clients set up estate plans and litigate probate matters. Ms. Caldwell earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 2008, graduating cum laude. She then moved onto the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she earned a law degree in 2011. While in law school, she was the Law Review’s general editor and represented clients in civil protection orders and landlord-tenant cases as part of the University of Denver Civil Litigation Clinic.
Ms. Caldwell has sat on the Family Law Executive Council for the Colorado Bar Association since 2019 and is the current Treasurer. Ms. Caldwell sat on the board of directors for Cocktails for a Cause from 2012 to 2018, raising money and collects donations for charities in Colorado. She is also a member of the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Trusts and Estates Bar Association, and the Family Law Bar Association.
