Antony Noble, principal at The Noble Law Firm headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, has vigorously represented clients on appeal for nearly 20 years. Mr. Noble’s practice focuses primarily on felony appeals, misdemeanor appeals and post-conviction criminal proceedings but also provides representation in the areas of juvenile appeals, dependency and neglect appeals, attorney discipline appeals, protection order appeals, civil rights appeals, civil appeals and record sealing and sex offender registration.

After earning an LL.B. in Laws, with honors, in 1996 from the prestigious University College London, Mr. Noble obtained a postgraduate diploma in legal practice in 1997 from what was then known as the College of Law in London. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Colorado and before the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Mr. Noble is also a member of the Tenth Circuit Criminal Justice Act Panel.

In over 500 appeals and post-conviction proceedings, Mr. Noble has had demonstrated success in the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, as well as in multiple district and county courts in Colorado. Mr. Noble brings a client-centered approach to his practice. This focus, combined with his unparalleled integrity, hard work, dedication and considerable talent, provides the framework for his fight to achieve justice for his clients.

Mr. Noble was a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar from 2009 to 2015, and he is the chair of the CCDB's Amicus Subcommittee and serves on the Professional Development Committee. He conducts numerous legal education clinics in the arenas of appellate practice, post-conviction proceedings and appellate brief writing.
