Bryan Collins

Bryan Collins is an associate at The Noble Law Firm, LLC, in Lakewood, Colorado, representing clients in appeals and postconviction proceedings. He represents defendants in criminal appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals and in postconviction proceedings in district courts throughout the state.

After earning his J.D. from the University of Colorado Boulder, Bryan began his legal career as a law clerk for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, where daily courtroom exposure shaped his approach to appellate advocacy and postconviction relief. That early experience gave him a deep appreciation for the procedural and tactical issues that can determine whether a conviction or sentence withstands appellate and postconviction scrutiny.

Combining courtroom insight with rigorous legal research and drafting, Bryan draws on training in criminal law, along with substantial experience in legal writing, to develop persuasive briefs and postconviction petitions. His academic background also includes a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Texas A&M University and coursework in business at Baylor University, foundations that inform his analytical and strategic thinking.

Bryan assists clients on appeal and in postconviction proceedings, seeking new trials, withdrawing guilty pleas or challenging unconstitutional sentences. His appellate and postconviction work addresses claims like trial court error, ineffective assistance of counsel, and prosecutorial misconduct. He also represents juveniles in appeals and postconviction proceedings.
