Anthony Zarsky

Anthony Zarsky is a Partner at the firm Griffiths Law PC, which has its offices in Lone Tree, Colorado. He focuses his practice exclusively on family law matters, including complex financial divorces, protection orders, cohabitation agreements, parental responsibilities, and substance abuse by parents.

Mr. Zarsky has the abilities required to zealously litigate cases while also taking an empathic and sensitive approach to his clients' goals, working to attain them first through attempts at amicable agreements. He represents his clients' rights with fervor and tenacity.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Zarsky has a bachelor’s degree in government and business, where he was a member of the University Democrats and Queer Students Alliance. He attended Penn State Law and earned his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2017, where his main objective was to help victims of domestic abuse obtain protection orders to assure their safety.

Additionally, Mr. Zarsky has received training from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals (CCDP) to support collaborative divorce cases. He has experience with Project Safeguard, a nonprofit set up to help victims of gender-based abuse get restraining orders.

Mr. Zarsky formerly served on the Young Professionals Council Board of the Rose Andom Center, a nonprofit that aids victims of domestic violence. He is active in the legal field and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association as well as a prior member of its Young Lawyers Division’s Executive Council.
