Danielle (Contos) Moylett

Danielle (Contos) Moylett is Special Counsel at Griffiths Law PC in Lone Tree, Colorado. Mrs. Moylett serves clients in Lone Tree and throughout the Denver metropolitan region in a variety of family law-related matters, including complex financial matters, parental responsibilities, interstate jurisdictional disputes, drafting and negotiating marital agreements, and challenges to and enforcement of marital agreements and more. While she is an advocate for settling cases and helps clients come to a mutually agreeable resolution to their problems, she is also an experienced litigator.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Colorado Denver, Mrs. Moylett graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, she gained practical legal experience by clerking for a district court judge.

Admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado since 2013, Mrs. Moylett has worked exclusively in the area of family law. Along with handling cases in Colorado state courts, she also has family law experience at the appellate court level.

Outside of her law practice, Mrs. Moylett enjoys being involved in her legal community at both a local and state level. She is an active member of professional organizations, including the Denver Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association.

Mrs. Moylett has also used her acquired knowledge in the area of family law to educate others. In 2017, she served as a presenter for a Colorado Bar Association continuing legal education event on the topic of prenuptial agreements.
