Details

Jim concentrates his practice on complex domestic and civil litigation. Jim received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a major in economics. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was the valedictorian of his graduating class and also the recipient of the Outstanding Graduating Senior Award. While at McGeorge, Jim worked as the Editor in Chief for the Pacific Law Journal. After graduation from law school, Jim was honored by being permitted to serve as a law clerk for the Honorable Luis D. Rovira, Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. Jim is a frequent lecturer on professionalism and trial tactics, and is a faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
