Jennifer Lynn Peters

Attorney Jennifer Lynn Peters is managing partner of the Peters Schulte Odil & Wallshein LLC law firm in Loveland, Colorado. Nationally recognized as one of the premier trial attorneys in the state, Ms. Peters serves as the firm's lead litigator, and she provides exceptional representation and support to clients across Colorado who have legal needs involving any of the following:

A leader in her legal community, Ms. Peters is a member of the Weld County Bar Association's Board and serves as the organization's Secretary-Treasurer. She is also Secretary-Treasurer of the Colorado Women's Bar Association's Weld County Chapter and Board member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Northern Colorado. In addition, Ms. Peters is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, and she is founding member of the 19th Judicial District Bench-Bar Committee.

A 1996 graduate of the Metropolitan State College of Denver, Ms. Peters obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Sturm College of Law in 1999. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
