After our client's shooter was acquitted of criminal charges in 2023, we pursued civil litigation against the shooter in order to seek justice for our client who came very close to losing his life. - Tried a personal injury jury trial in Douglas County, Colorado in April, 2023. The Client was injured in 2019 and spent the last four years struggling to find pain relief and relief from the stress of an insurance carrier that wasn't taking her injuries seriously. - Won a personal injury verdict in a jury trial in January, 2023. Defense counsel never offered more than $4,000, and the jury awarded $93,000. Client was rear-ended in a motor vehicle collision in 2019 and was thrilled with the final result. , 2023
