Ross Iakovakis

An attorney at Ramos Law, Ross Iakovakis focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He is located in the firm’s offices in Centennial, Colorado, and he advocates on behalf of clients in Arapahoe County and throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. Mr. Iakovakis has been admitted to practice in Colorado since 2011.

In his personal injury practice, Mr. Iakovakis represents people who have incurred economic losses as the direct result of the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. The types of cases that he has handled have largely involved incidents such as slips and falls and other forms of premises liability as well as motor vehicle collision. Mr. Iakovakis has achieved a great deal of success in obtaining significant compensation on behalf of his plaintiff clients, whether through awards from juries at the conclusion of lengthy trials or through favorable settlements that he has been able to negotiate with defendants and their liability insurance providers.

After completing his undergraduate education, Mr. Iakovakis went on to pursue his legal education at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While he was there, he served a clerkship with a judge on the 18th Judicial District in Douglas County, Colorado, and he worked on both criminal and civil matters as well as on appeals from lower court decisions. This experience has contributed to his success when arguing in court on behalf of his clients. After receiving his Juris Doctor in 2011, Mr. Iakovakis worked on financial institution transactions before joining his current firm.
