In Northglenn, Colorado, Spencer Aitken joined Ramos Law in 2024 as a litigation attorney, driven by a singular purpose – to secure justice for individuals injured by the actions or negligence of others. Focusing exclusively on personal injury matters, he approaches every case with empathy, respect and an unwavering commitment to individualized advocacy. His peers commend him for fostering a client-centric practice marked by meticulous attention to detail and an infectious zeal for guiding clients safely through their legal challenges.
A Colorado native, Mr. Aitken was born and raised in Aurora. He left the state to attend Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he graduated in 2017 with a quadruple major in classical humanities, classical languages, biology and history. He then earned his M.A. in Classics from Boston College in 2019 before returning home to pursue his J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During his final semester, he volunteered in the law school’s Civil Litigation Clinic, representing low-income individuals in protective-order proceedings. He was licensed to practice law in Colorado in 2022.
Beyond his practice, Mr. Aitken is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CLTA), the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the Aurora Bar Association. He currently serves on the executive board of the Colorado Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, co-chairs the New Lawyer Division of the CLTA and contributes to the CTLA’s Membership Committee. These roles allow him to advocate not only for his clients but also for the future of the legal profession in Colorado.
