Ben Volpe

One of the founding members of Volpe Law LLC, Ben Volpe is a litigation attorney serving the residents of Colorado through the firm’s office in Parker. His experience lies in a broad range of legal issues, including business litigation, drafting business and construction contracts, construction defective litigation, insurance issues, trademarks and real estate matters.

Mr. Volpe’s extensive experience and knowledge in multiple legal fields are an invaluable asset to his clients. He takes time to thoroughly examine each case and identify potential risks that his clients didn’t even think of in the first place. He always gives his clients the first priority and makes sure to ease them into the space before listening to their grievances.

Before he established Volpe Law LLC in 2020, Mr. Volpe worked at an insurance defense firm as an associate attorney. At the firm, he focused his practice mainly on litigating cases for several businesses that faced issues involving casualty claims and commercial liability.

From Cedarville University, Mr. Volpe earned his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice in 2007 and later his master’s degree in homeland security from The George Washington University. He excelled in his academics at his law school, The Catholic University of America - Columbus School of Law, and graduated cum laude earning his Juris Doctor in 2019. He received his license to practice law the same year.

While focusing on his legal studies, Mr. Volpe consciously made an effort to gain practice knowledge. He served in various legal roles, including a law clerk at several government offices and a research attorney at his law school. He was a note and comment editor at the university’s law review journal.

Mr. Volpe is an active member of professional organizations such as the Denver Bar Association, the Parker Chamber of Commerce and the Colorado Bar Association.
