Upon receiving her bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from The City University of New York – Hunter College, Ms. Osborne proceeded to pursue her legal studies at New York Law School. Strengthening her advocacy skills and courtroom techniques at school, she earned her Juris Doctor in 1997. First admitted to practice law in New York in 1998, she gained her license to practice in Connecticut in 2007.

Demonstrating a commitment to top-quality representation, Ms. Osborne co-founded the Connecticut Bar Association's Child Welfare and Juvenile Law Section, serving as its vice chair. Her leadership extends to the Family Law Section's Executive Committee, where she has served since 2025.
