Edward T. Murnane, Jr. is dedicated to providing Connecticut residents with skilled civil and criminal defense services. He has over 25 years of legal experience and has been serving as the managing partner at Edward Murnane, Attorney At Law, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, since 2018. Mr. Murnane helps start new and serves local businesses in Fairfield and New Haven counties. Since 2014, he has been an outside general counsel for one of the country's largest classic, antique and exotic collectible automobile dealerships, and he serves as outside counsel to numerous local businesses. After receiving his bachelor's degree, Mr. Murnane pursued his legal education at The George Washington University Law School with a special focus on criminal and national security law, and he studied Human Rights at Oxford in 1995. Attorney Murnane earned his Juris Doctor in 1996.

During law school, Mr. Murnane was part of the Moot Court Board and served as the Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut (1996), New York (1997) and Washington, D.C. (1997), as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit in Manhattan, and The United States Supreme Court.
