Michelle F. Sigfridson

As founding member of The Law Office of Michelle Fleming Sigfridson, LLC , I put my clients first in the areas Family Law and Title XIX Application.

My experiences in family law include divorces & legal separations, adoption, child support & custody issues, same-sex family law, marital property, and mediation and arbitration. My goal as your attorney is to help you find the most amenable agreement between you and the other party while making sure that your best interests are always the first priority.

In Title XIX Application, I guide clients through the entire process. I begin by explaining the Title XIX program and its benefits. I answer questions and concerns and help alleviate any anxieties they may have. Once my clients are ready to begin the process, we discuss what documentation and planning are necessary. I prepare the application and ensure my clients' approval into the program.

Outside of the office, I'm heavily involved in the local community. I'm a member of both the Connecticut and Windham County Bar Associations. I was a former member of the Willimantic Rotary Club, and I proudly serve as the Chair of the Brooklyn Planning and Zoning Commission.

I also love spending time with my family and indulging in my passion for horses. I'm an avid horsewoman, enjoying dressage and American Quarter Horses.
