Attorney Norman A. Roberts, II, is the managing partner of The Law Offices of Norman A. Roberts, LLC, in Darien, Connecticut. Handling all types of family law matters, Mr. Roberts and his law firm assist clients throughout Connecticut and the surrounding areas of New York with their needs involving divorce, child custody and support, alimony, asset division, prenuptial agreements, post-judgment modifications, and other related issues. In addition, Mr. Roberts concentrates a significant portion of his practice on handling appeals, helping both clients and other attorneys alike with the process.

As an attorney, Mr. Roberts prefers to use alternative forms of dispute resolution to settle his clients' issues; however, he will not hesitate to take matters to court when necessary. With a strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of accounting, Mr. Roberts is well-suited to helping business owners protect their commercial interests throughout divorce proceedings.

A graduate of Fordham University, Mr. Roberts attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1996. That same year, the Connecticut Bar Association admitted him to practice, and he is licensed to practice in New York, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Fully dedicated to his practice, Mr. Roberts is active in several local, state and national bar associations. He once served on the Connecticut Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Committee and serves as co-chair for the Fairfield County Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Collaborative Divorce Attorneys of Fairfield County, and he serves on committees for the Connecticut Judicial Branch and the Connecticut Public Service and Trust Commission.

Along with practicing law, Mr. Roberts conducts continuing legal education seminars focusing on family law issues, and he has published a number of articles related to family law in various trade publications.
