Wilder G. Gleason

The founder of the law firm Gleason & Associates LLC located in Darien, Connecticut, Wilder G. Gleason has been practicing law for the past 45 years. Serving clients in Fairfield County, among the regions of Westport, Greenwich, Darien and Weston, he covers matters of law including applications for variances, permits, approvals and litigation on:

Mr. Gleason completed his bachelor’s degree in 1972 from Williams College. He pursued his legal studies at the University of Connecticut School of Law and secured his Juris Doctor degree in 1977.

Licensed to practice in Connecticut, Mr. Gleason helps his clients solve complex and long processes of approval from land-use agencies. He counsels them on matters involving real estate, various disputes, and the planning and management of assets. Decades of experience in the field of real estate law have given him the practical knowledge to anticipate probable outcomes and to plan his strategies accordingly.

Previously, Mr. Gleason was the co-chair of the Stamford/Norwalk, Darien and Wilton Regional Bar Association. He now serves on their board of directors. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Planning and Zoning Section, the American Bar Association and the Regional Bar Association’s Real Estate Section.
