  • Neal L. Moskow has tried two Hormone Replacement Therapy pharmaceutical product liability cases to verdict, including recovering $5.8 million in Fraser v. Wyeth.   Mr. Moskow has been involved in more than $100 million in settlements in various mass tort litigations since 2000, including many resolutions for more than $1 million -  several of which were for more than $4 million. In 2013, Ury & Moskow’s Mass Tort group (which Mr. Moskow heads) was named Litigation Department of the Year by the Connecticut Law Tribune.
