Mr. Karpe completed his undergraduate studies in 1982, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine. He went on to attend Drake University Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1985. Two years later, he became licensed to practice law in Connecticut and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. With a firm belief to constantly improve his legal talents and accumulate more legal knowledge, he enrolled at the Western New England Law School and earned his LL.M. degree in 2019.
