For over 28 years I have aggressively pursued all avenues of recovery for individuals and their family members who have been involved in traumatic accidents. I have successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a group of lawyers who have achieved million dollar verdicts and settlements.

In class actions I have served as plaintiff's class counsel in a number of cases involving consumer rights, employee rights in the labor context, and have also been involved in litigation surrounding defective vehicles.  I currently represent individuals harmed by defective medical devices such as DePuy Pinnacle hip implants and victims of recalled mesh products.  I have also represented individuals harmed by tainted food products.
