Kevin Brignole

Kevin Brignole is an associate attorney at Brignole, Bush & Lewis in Hartford, Connecticut. Concentrating his practice on personal injury law, Mr. Brignole handles cases involving car accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, sexual assaults, slip-and-fall accidents and other issues. He serves clients throughout the greater Hartford area, in cities including Avon, New Britain, Simsbury and West Hartford.

Mr. Brignole has secured major compensation amounts for clients through verdict or settlement. He provides personal and compassionate service, while aggressively fighting for the rights of his clients. In one case, Mr. Brignole successfully fought for a woman who had been the victim of sexual assault, resulting in a verdict of $1.5 million on behalf of his client. 

Mr. Brignole is a 2009 graduate of Central Connecticut State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science. He went on to earn his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, graduating in 2013. As a law student, he served as a legal intern at a law firm in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, as well as with Brignole, Bush & Lewis. He holds licenses to practice law before the state courts of both Connecticut and Rhode Island. 

Outside of the office, Mr. Brignole stays active in his legal community through membership in professional organizations. He belongs to the Hartford County Bar Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association. In 2019, the National Trial Lawyers included him on its “Top 40 Under 40” list for civil plaintiff attorneys.
