Patrick Tomasiewicz has been the sole owner of Fazzano & Tomasiewicz, LLC, since 1997.  Founded in 1958 by Joseph Fazzano, the firm specializes in medical, hospital and nursing care negligence, car accidents, dram shop claims, wrongful death, criminal defense including murder, violent assault, sexual assault, white-collar defense, narcotics offenses and employment law in state and federal courts.  The firm is noted for its dedicated service to unions in Connecticut, including serving as counsel for the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #30.

Attorney Tomasiewicz is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy for civil litigation. He is a member of the American Civil Justice Foundation and the National Trial Lawyers Association, serves as Treasurer of the Hartford County Bar Association, and sits on the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.  He teaches criminal law as an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford.
