Richard R. Brown

After active duty in the US Army and transferring to USAR (Cpt.Res), I became an Assistant Attorney General for Connecticut; 1971-73. I then became a prosecutor for Connecticut, 1973-75. I then entered private practice in 1975 and was a founding partner of Brown, Paindiris and Scott,LLP in 1977. Since then I have practiced in both the State and Federal courts. my concentration, as a trial attorney, has been in the area of white collar criminal law and administrative law. focusing on helping physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, etc preserve their respective licenses in dealing with Connecticut`s Department of Public Health. Our firm has offices in several communities in Connecticut. My office is located in downtown Hartford.
