Mr. Sullivan earned his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2001, where he participated in the Mock Trial Society and Phi Alpha Delta. Prior to this, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1993.
