Garrett Michael Moore, Jr.

Garrett Michael Moore Jr. is a partner at Moore, O'Brien & Foti located in Middlebury, Connecticut. Representing clients throughout the state of Connecticut, he takes on cases involving personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and dram shop and liquor liability. 

Mr. Moore is a zealous advocate for the rights and liberties of his clients. He understands the negative consequences one has to face due to injuries caused by another party’s negligence, carelessness and ignorance and fights aggressively for his clients, striving to seek justice is served. He handles all cases in an efficient and economical manner and keeps his clients informed from the beginning of the case until the end. 

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from the Assumption University in Massachusetts, Mr. Moore earned his Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut and before the Connecticut Superior Court.

Actively affiliated with his legal community, Mr. Moore is a member of several prominent associations, including the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Waterbury Bar Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a member of the Board of Governors and Membership Committee of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Moore is enthusiastic about serving and helping those who need it the most and is an active participant on the board of the Pomperaug Soccer Club. He is also a charter member of the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
