Attorney Bryan L. LeClerc is a widely recognized lawyer in the fields of Municipal, Business & Commercial Law, Zoning & Land Use, Probate Law and Litigation. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, the U.S. District Court of Connecticut, the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to traditional court forums, Mr. LeClerc has represented clients before local land use boards and commissions, the Freedom of Information Commission, Probate Courts and the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Outside of the courtroom, Mr. LeClerc has volunteered with the State of Connecticut Judicial Department as an Attorney Trial Referee, Fact Finder and Arbitrator. An Eagle Scout, Attorney LeClerc also serves as a Vice President of Legal Affairs and is on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Yankee Council of the Boy Scouts of America; is Scoutmaster of Troop 82; is on the Board of Managers for the Fairfield YMCA; is a past President of the Fairfield University Alumni Association, and holds many other coummunity volunteer positions. The Fairfield Rotary Club recently named Mr. LeClerc as a Paul Harris Fellow for “Service Above Self.”
