Bryan M. Etter

Working from his office at Inner Circle Legal Planning in Milford, Connecticut, Bryan M. Etter focuses his practice on helping individuals across the state plan and safeguard their assets for the future. Handling estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and asset protection, he approaches each case with a sense of responsibility and empathy, legally ensuring the future of his clients’ assets is planned according to their wishes. Additionally, he manages special needs planning and business succession planning, assisting clients in all areas of planning. 

An alumna of the University of Connecticut School of Business, Mr. Etter completed his undergraduate studies in finance in 2009 before pursuing legal education. He received his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in 2012 and was admitted to practice law in New York the following year. In 2014, he gained his licensure to practice law in Connecticut. Committing his career to estate planning early on, he stays dedicated to catering to his clients' needs through personalized and strategic legal solutions.

Mr. Etter deeply believes that estate planning is showing up for one’s family in advance and taking responsibility for their well-being. His goal is to ensure his clients leave his office with more than just an estate plan. Through his practice, he aims to make his clients feel proud of the plan and make peace with it because it’s what they actually want.

An active member of WealthCounsel since 2014, Mr. Etter has stayed on top of changing laws and has focused on increasing his skill set to serve his clients better. His commitment to effective legal solutions and empathetic client service earned him the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award in 2023. Combining his tactical approach with his compassion for his clients, he makes sure to thoroughly listen to them and personalize his strategies to cater to their needs.
