A leader in her field, Ms. Ustach has served as chair of the Advisory Board of the American Bar Association's Center on Children and the Law. She has also served as president, vice president and secretary/treasurer of the New Britain Bar Association. In addition, she has held a number of leadership roles and served on various committees with the Connecticut Bar Association, and she has served on the board of directors of the American Judicature Society and the Hartford County Bar Association.

Ms. Ustach has served as moderator and instructor of several continuing legal education seminars for various legal organizations. Along with maintaining a successful legal practice, she also supports her local community through her involvement with various civic and charitable organizations.
