Client Testimonials:

Bryan Fiengo and Sam Nassetta were a huge help with my legal troubles. Suisman Shapiro is really a team atmosphere with an ‘all hands on deck’ mentality with all their clients. Top law firm in the state.– Isaiah Knox

My experience with attys Bryan Fiengo, Jillian Miller and their staff was exactly what I needed. I received expert representation in multiple fields of law. More importantly they took the time to explain my rights and responsibilities and gave very candid and experienced advice; but accommodated me when I chose not to take it. My past legal experience has been with smaller firms and I noticed that filings at SS were extremely prompt and communication from the staff kept me in the loop better than I was accustomed to. I will be using SS in the future and I recommend them highly, particularly for someone with a variety of legal services.– Timothy Desmond

My husband and I were in a car accident in September 2022 which resulted in my husband suffering a spinal injury. We were appointed a lawyer named Brian F and his assistant Nick M. When I tell you they are the most helpful people and the most concerning people and get the job done please believe me. We have been dealing with Brian since the start of January 2023, and it has been nothing but helpful he must be one of the best lawyers that work in that building. I was happy to say that the lengthy settlement that was awarded to my husband was very lengthy one but I’m so happy it’s over and I am so happy that Brian did his best to make sure that we were awarded the money that was owed to us. If you are looking for good lawyer, I would suggest Brian and Nick because those ones are the most compassionate and will do everything in their power to get what is needed. Lawyers get the short end of the stick and I think they need to be looked at in a different perspective in my opinion I believe Brian and Nick need a big promotion for dealing with me being annoying with my husband annoying comments his annoying questions and I’m just happy that they were on our side. Brian was persistent on what amount of money that we were set on getting and he was not backing down or taking no for an answer. Dealing with Brian and Nick for as long as I have has gave me a different outlook on what I want to be when I am done with my criminal justice classes. I just want to say Brian and Nick I am exceptionally happy and I thank you so much for being the people that you are and not taking no for an answer or even trying to settle quickly. You are greatly and gladly appreciated for everything you have done for my family. I am going to miss you and if I need any more assistance on any law matter that needs to be managed, I am going straight to Brian. I hope to see you soon but not too soon and maybe just maybe one day I will be authoring reports for you. Thank you so much I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and dedication. Thank you for treating us as people. So again, if you are looking for a great lawyer, I would suggest you go straight to Brian because he will get the job done and will not stop until it is done thank you so much again.– Vanessah Richardson

From the very beginning, Bryan Fiengo and Sam Nassetta provided me with knowledgeable, honest, and thoughtful advice. Their professionalism and skill were matched only by their compassion and unwavering ethical standards. Throughout the process, they repeatedly offered me opportunities to resolve the case more quickly and affordably. They were always mindful of the potential costs and worked hard to minimize legal fees. However, I felt strongly that I had been falsely accused, and I was willing to see the case through—even to trial—to clear my name. What I didn’t fully understand at the start was how complex and high-stakes a full jury trial could be. I had assumed it was simply a matter of going into a courtroom and telling the truth. But I quickly learned that trials are governed by an intricate system of rules and evidence. This is where Sam truly shined. Sam Nassetta has a rare combination of energy, dedication, and courtroom instinct. He prepares evidence with logical precision and methodical care, while also powerfully communicating the human emotion and high stakes involved in the case. His ability to balance analytical rigor with genuine empathy is exceptional. Both Sam and Bryan are not only experienced and capable trial attorneys—they are also practical, strategic, and realistic about the costs involved. They never pushed for unnecessary litigation and were always open to quicker, less expensive resolutions. But when trial became necessary, they were fully prepared to fight for justice. After three long years, I finally had my day in court—and with their help, I was able to clear my name. It was absolutely worth it. – Robert Barnett

Bryan and Sam are the best lawyers ever! They fought hard, kept me informed, and got me the win. Professional, sharp, and truly make you feel at ease. Best firm to go to if you want to be heard and have a smooth process. – Edberney E.

Attorney Bryan Fiengo did a great job resolving a very tricky case for my daughter. Honestly, we thought all was lost. He provided excellent guidance, kept us informed through out the process, and was awesome in the court room. We couldn't have asked for a better result! We would highly recommend Attorney Fiengo for your criminal case. - Scott C.
