Since that time, she had considerable success helping others achieve the justice they deserve following a debilitating injury or devastating loss caused by someone else's negligence or wrongdoing.

While attending law school, Ms. Reardon served as the president of her student body. She is a 1999 cum laude graduate of Princeton University, and she earned master's degrees from both the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and the London School of Economics and Political Science. She holds her license to practice in Rhode Island as well as Connecticut.

An active leader of her legal community, Ms. Reardon was elected as a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association's Board of Governors, and she serves as a State Delegate for the American Association for Justice. She is also a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and former member of the Connecticut Civil Commission, among her other professional affiliations.
