Having spent the majority of his practice in Connecticut, Mr. Kennedy is keenly aware of the laws that govern matters such as car accidents, medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability. He has taken countless cases to complex jury trial over the course of his more than 35 years in law. Further, he is a skilled mediator and adept at matters that go to arbitration.

In 1975, Mr. Kennedy received a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University. He then attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, from which he earned a Juris Doctor and graduated with honors in 1978.

Mr. Kennedy is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New Haven County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
