Francis "Bud" Drapeau

Attorney Francis X. Drapeau is a partner with the Leighton, Katz & Drapeau, LLC, law firm, which has law offices in Vernon, Enfield, Middletown and Hartford, Connecticut. He is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section, where he serves on the organization's executive and examining committees. He is also a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and he once served as president of the Tolland County Bar Association.

A respected leader in his field, Mr. Drapeau has regularly contributed to Compensation Quarterly on topics involving effective trial practice techniques and point-counterpoint argumentation. He also lectures across his region and throughout the country on a variety of legal topics related to workers' compensation law.
