In 1985, Mr. Sheffy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in combined music and physics from Lebanon Valley College. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude from Western New England University School of Law in 1988. During his time in law school, he distinguished himself as a member of the law review. Shortly after graduation, he was admitted to practice in the state of Connecticut. He is also pro hac vice in the state of Rhode Island and admitted to practice for the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
